  • Researching careers in demand locally, regionally, nationally, and globally
  • Exploring strengths, abilities, and aptitudes
  • Exploring career interests
  • Identifying employment opportunities
  • Targeting entry-level knowledge and skills
  • Setting career goals
  • Understanding the related body of knowledge
  • Using pertinent terms accurately in context
  • Displaying a positive attitude toward the world of work
